HYPER JAPAN is the UK's biggest Japanese cuisine and culture event; the July 2011 event welcomed 25,000 visitors over three days, who came to experience HYPER JAPAN's unique mix of food, pop culture, the modern and the traditional. By incorporating diverse elements, HYPER JAPAN is able to attract a broad audience with a common interest in Japan and Asian cuisine and culture. This represents a great opportunity for companies to expose their product to new audiences while interacting with loyal fans at a fun and friendly event. HYPER JAPAN 2012 Spring will contain the Eat-Japan Area, a dedicated space for food and drink exhibitors, the Eat-Japan Sushi Awards, a brand new sake tasting event, and food and drink demonstrations and tastings.
