The Banrai tofu maker, which is available in a range of sizes and comes with a recipe book, has a patented double-layered structure, enabling you to make delicious tofu as well as soups and healthy steamed dishes. Banrai soy milk made from Japanese soy beans, produces a tofu which can be used to make imaginative desserts, sauces and other milk-based dishes. Jun-nigari, made from seawater, is the essential coagulant required to make successful tofu, and is packaged in easily diluted packs for use with the Banrai tofu maker.

Banrai-salt "Komijio” is a flavoured salt to add zest to your tofu: it comes in three varieties: green tea, which is delicately blended with sea kelp from the Mie Prefecture region; “yuzu” citrus from Kochi Prefecture, also blended with sea kelp; and “wasabi” horseradish flavour, with generous helpings of horseradish to give that sharp tangy taste. "Jun-nigari" is the essential coagulant required to make successful tofu; made from sea water it is packaged in easily diluted packs for use with the Banrai-nabe Pot.
