Domer Germinated Brown Rice
Domer was awarded the Director-General's Prize by Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for its pioneering work on germinated brown rice and reversing domestic rice consumption's downward trend. This rice is soaked in water until germination, which softens the bran of the rice and adds a whole range of nutrients through the activation of dormant enzymes. Germination is interrupted when buds are 1mm long to ensure maximum flavour and nutritional benefits.
